Jij zorgt er namelijk voor dat alles in de bakkerij en bij het inpakken zo slim en soepel mogelijk verloopt. Om dat voor elkaar te krijgen, leg je makkelijk contact en werk je nauw samen met verschillende collega's, zoals de afdelingen verkoop en inkoop, en de teamleiders op de werkvloer. Jij haalt er echt plezier uit om de productiedagen zo goed mogelijk voor te bereiden. Daarnaast vind je het leuk om alle gegevens goed bij te houden. Je werkt erg nauwkeurig en het werken met cijfers kost jou geen moeite. Functievereisten Je hebt MBO-werk- en -denkniveau, maar een diploma is niet per se nodig. Wat we wél belangrijk vinden, is dat je ervaring hebt als planner, het liefst binnen een foodbedrijf of een andere productieomgeving. Verder is het handig als je al vaker met een ERP-systeem hebt gewerkt. Je hoeft geen computerwonder te zijn, maar je moet wel erg handig zijn met Excel.
