Productietrainer - GMP/Aseptisch werk/cleanroom Wil je je ervaring in biotechnologische productie gebruiken om anderen op te leiden en te inspireren? Ben je gepassioneerd door kwaliteit, GMP en het delen van kennis? Dan is deze functie bij Biotech Training Facility precies wat je zoekt! Taken en verantwoordelijkheden Als productietrainer ben je het gezicht van onze praktijkgerichte trainingsprogramma's. Je zorgt ervoor dat deelnemers niet alleen begrijpen wat GMP, aseptische verwerking en cleanroom gedrag betekenen, maar ook waarom deze zo belangrijk zijn. Je gaat: - Praktische en theoretische training geven over onderwerpen als aseptische technieken, cleanroom gedrag en productieprocessen onder GMP-omstandigheden. - Deelnemers coachen op het gebied van vaardigheden, gedrag en kwaliteitsbewustzijn. - Trainingssessies aanpassen aan de achtergrond en het ervaringsniveau van de deelnemers. - Bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van nieuwe interactieve trainingsmodules en leermaterialen. - Samenwerken met collega-trainers en vak experts om onze programma's voortdurend te verbeteren. - Ervoor zorgen dat productie- en laboratoriumapparatuur up-to-date blijft. Vaardigheden en ervaring Je bent iemand die graag kennis deelt, concepten duidelijk uitlegt en energie krijgt wanneer een groep iets nieuws leert. Daarnaast beschik je over: - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een GMP-omgeving, bij voorkeur binnen de (bio)farmaceutische productie. - Diepgaande kennis van aseptische technieken en cleanroomprocessen. - Lesgeven of coachen, of de ambitie om deze vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen. - Een praktische, proactieve en kwaliteitsgerichte houding. - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels.
