The posting

Vivaldis Office is op zoek naar een productieverantwoordelijke voor onze klant in Heusden-Zolder. Onze klant is gespecialiseerd in het onderhoud en de verkoop van werkkledij, -schoenen en -handschoenen, en de verhuur van schoonloopmatten. Neem gerust de vacature even door! Jouw takenpakket als productieverantwoordelijke bestaat uit:

  • Het dagelijks organiseren en aansturen van de volledige operationele werking op de productievloer.
  • Het bewaren van het overzicht op de productiviteit en zorgen voor een flexibele en efficiënte personeelsbezetting.
  • Het motiveren, coachen en aansturen van een omvangrijk team van ruim 50 operationele medewerkers.
  • Het nauwgezet opvolgen van de operationele flow om de kwaliteit, de planning en het rendement te garanderen.
  • Het controleren van de technische installaties en machines, en direct optreden of schakelen bij storingen.
  • Het analyseren en optimaliseren van bestaande werkprocessen met het oog op langetermijnverbeteringen.
  • Het overleggen met andere afdelingshoofden om de interne samenwerking en prioriteiten perfect op elkaar af te stemmen.
  • Het waarborgen van een ordelijke, propere en veilige werkomgeving conform alle geldende veiligheidsnormen.
  • Het signaleren van knelpunten en het proactief voorstellen van efficiëntere werkmethodes.

Als productiecoördinator herken je jezelf in volgende punten:

  • Je bent in het bezit van minimaal een masterdiploma.
  • Je bent een geboren organisator en een motiverende planner die vlot communiceert en stevig in zijn of haar schoenen staat.
  • Je beschikt over uitstekende vaardigheden op het vlak van coördinatie en teamleiding.
  • Je hanteert een analytische, proactieve en resultaatgerichte denkwijze.
  • Je toont eigenaarschap en deinst er niet voor terug om zelfstandig knopen door te hakken.
  • Je stelt je flexibel op qua takenpakket en werkrooster.
  • Je hebt een goed (technisch) inzicht waardoor je snel kan anticiperen op onverwachte situaties.
  • Relevante ervaring in een productie- of industriële omgeving is een sterke troef.
  • Je hebt een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
