Jouw uitdaging?

  • Neem de leiding over de dagelijkse productie: je bewaakt de werking van de productielijnen en zorgt ervoor dat doelstellingen rond kwaliteit, veiligheid, productiviteit en rendement worden behaald.
  • Maak van continu verbeteren een dagelijkse reflex: je analyseert processen kritisch, detecteert verliezen, stilstanden en inefficiënties en vertaalt deze naar structurele verbeteracties.
  • Breng LEAN naar de werkvloer: je gebruikt LEAN-principes om verspilling te verminderen, processen efficiënter te organiseren en medewerkers actief te betrekken bij verbeteringen.
  • Stuur op basis van cijfers: je volgt KPI's en productieresultaten nauwgezet op, analyseert afwijkingen en zet data om in concrete acties.
  • Zorg dat mensen en middelen juist ingezet worden: voor één van de productiehallen neem je de planning op en organiseer je een efficiënte inzet van medewerkers, machines en beschikbare capaciteit.
  • Neem jouw mensen mee: je coacht medewerkers en begeleiders op de werkvloer, stimuleert samenwerking en creëert duidelijkheid, eigenaarschap en verantwoordelijkheid binnen de teams.
  • Trek verbeter- en innovatieprojecten: je onderzoekt nieuwe werkmethodes en automatiseringsmogelijkheden en begeleidt verandertrajecten van idee tot succesvolle implementatie.
  • Verbind productie met techniek en kwaliteit: je werkt nauw samen met technische dienst, kwaliteit en supply chain rond storingen, preventief onderhoud, sanitation, hygiëne en technische optimalisaties.
  • Benut systemen maximaal: je zorgt ervoor dat het ERP programma correct en efficiënt wordt gebruikt en zoekt naar mogelijkheden om informatie en processen verder te structureren.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische of bedrijfskundige richting, of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen een productieomgeving; ervaring binnen voeding of een omgeving met strikte kwaliteits- en hygiënenormen is een sterke troef.
  • Je beschikt over leidinggevende ervaring en weet medewerkers op een duidelijke, respectvolle en motiverende manier aan te sturen.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met LEAN, continuous improvement en procesoptimalisatie en denkt liever structureel dan telkens opnieuw incidenten op te lossen.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en kunt KPI's, productiecijfers en operationele resultaten vertalen naar concrete verbeteracties.
  • Je bent proactief en daadkrachtig: je ziet waar het beter kan, neemt initiatief en durft beslissingen te nemen.
  • Je bent zichtbaar en aanspreekbaar op de werkvloer en combineert natuurlijk leiderschap met voldoende assertiviteit om veranderingen daadwerkelijk door te voeren.
  • Je kunt mensen meenemen in verandering en werkt gemakkelijk samen met verschillende afdelingen binnen een matrixorganisatie.
