Neem jij graag verantwoordelijkheid en ben je iemand die liever meewerkt dan vanop afstand toekijkt? In deze functie stuur je een klein productieteam aan, maar sta je zelf mee op de vloer. Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must: je leert de job en het productieproces volledig aan.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je helpt bij het opstarten en instellen van de productielijn.
  • Je volgt het verpakkingsproces op en zorgt dat alles vlot verloopt.
  • Je stuurt de productiemedewerkers op een positieve manier aan.
  • Je volgt de productieplanning op en denkt mee over een efficiënte uitvoering.
  • Je grijpt in bij kleinere technische storingen.
  • Je voert regelmatig controles uit op het productieproces.
  • Je bewaakt kwaliteit, veiligheid, hygiëne en rendement.
  • Je denkt mee over verbeteringen en bespreekt deze met je collega-supervisors.
  • Je rapporteert dagelijks aan de Productie Manager.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een groeiend voedingsbedrijf met een klein productieteam van 2 à 3 medewerkers. De communicatie is rechtstreeks en je werkt nauw samen met je collega's en de Productie Manager.

  • Je bent iemand die graag meewerkt op de productievloer en verantwoordelijkheid neemt.
  • Je hebt een goed gevoel voor organisatie en kan mensen op een positieve manier aansturen.
  • Je kan vlot overweg met computergestuurde machines.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar zoekt ook actief de samenwerking met collega's op.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kan je daarnaast uit de slag trekken in het Engels; Frans is een mooie extra.
  • Je vindt het fijn om samen te werken met mensen met verschillende achtergronden.
  • Ervaring in de voedingssector is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
