Voor een gevestigde waarde in de bouwsector zoeken we een productievoorbereider die zich thuis voelt in een industriële setting met een hands-on mentaliteit. Deze internationale groep is wereldwijd actief met meer dan 20.000 medewerkers en heeft een sterke reputatie opgebouwd als betrouwbare producent en toeleverancier van kwalitatieve bouwmaterialen. In België telt het bedrijf ongeveer 15 productievestigingen, verspreid over het land.

De site in de regio Kortrijk, waar deze functie openstaat, telt een 200-tal medewerkers en combineert de voordelen van een KMO, korte communicatielijnen, hechte teams, directe impact – met de zekerheid en slagkracht van een multinational. Het bedrijf behaalde vorig jaar een omzet van om en bij de €400 miljoen en blijft verder investeren in zijn mensen en technologie.

Je werkt in een productieomgeving waar klei het basisproduct is. Dat maakt de werkomgeving wat ruwer, maar net dat geeft de functie ook een fysiek en praktisch karakter. Er heerst een open en collegiale sfeer, waar men veel belang hecht aan veiligheid, orde, en nauwkeurigheid. Opleiding en ontwikkeling staan centraal, en je krijgt de kans om je stap voor stap in te werken met ondersteuning van ervaren collega’s.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Jij stelt gedetailleerde orderbevestigingen op die volledig afgestemd zijn op de wensen van de klant
  • Je volgt elke bestelling nauwgezet op en houdt alles correct en tijdig in beweging
  • Proactief klantencontact behoort tot je dagelijkse taken zodat zij steeds perfect op de hoogte zijn
  • Je zorgt dat alle benodigde onderdelen tijdig besteld zijn om een vlotte productie te garanderen
  • Het administratieve luik neem je mee in handen door alle nodige documenten correct op te maken
  • Dankzij jouw gestructureerde aanpak loopt het volledige orderproces op wieltjes van aanvraag tot aflevering
  • Technisch diploma op Bachelor- of Masterniveau (bij voorkeur hout) of gelijkwaardige ervaring in ramen- en deurenproductie is vereist
  • Ervaring met technische verwerking, softwareprogramma’s zoals Kosmosoft, en Autocad 2D/3D is noodzakelijk
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken en tegelijk vlot functioneren binnen een team is essentieel
  • Klantgerichtheid, stiptheid, en een vlotte communicatie in Nederlands én Frans zijn belangrijk
