De functie inhoud Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit als Production Manager regio Brugge?

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse operationele resultaten en geeft leiding aan de volledige productie van de plant
  • Samen met de zaakvoerders korte- en langetermijndoelstellingen bepalen en vertalen naar duidelijke KPI’s
  • Een team van ±30 collega’s coachen, motiveren en structureren om het beste uit iedereen te halen
  • Productieprocessen coördineren, optimaliseren en continu verbeteren op vlak van efficiëntie, kwaliteit en veiligheid
  • Volledige P&L-verantwoordelijkheid dragen en ownership nemen over de resultaten van de plant

Het bedrijf hecht veel belang aan productie-efficiëntie, kwaliteit en procesoptimalisatie en investeert continu in technologie en innovatie. Binnen een compacte, no-nonsense organisatie met korte communicatielijnen krijg je de kans om een cruciale rol te spelen in het leiden en verder professionaliseren van de plant. Wat breng je mee als Production Manager regio Brugge?

  • Je beschikt over een technisch masterdiploma (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring)
  • Enkele jaren relevante ervaring binnen een productieomgeving
  • Sterke people management skills. Je kan een team inspireren en ontwikkelen
  • Cijfermatig sterk en data-gedreven. KPI’s opvolgen en verbeteren is jouw tweede natuur
  • Kennis of ervaring met Lean Management of andere procesoptimalisaties is een sterke troef
  • Ook een jongere kandidaat met maturiteit, drive en leiderschapspotentieel komt zeker in aanmerking
