Wil jij werken bij een sterk groeiende producent binnen de voedingsindustrie?

Deze ambitieuze KMO in de regio Diksmuide is gespecialiseerd in de productie van kwalitatieve voedingsproducten. Vanuit twee Belgische vestigingen begeleiden ze het volledige proces, van teelt en verwerking tot verpakking en distributie. Dankzij een sterke focus op kwaliteit, automatisering en duurzaamheid hebben ze zich ontwikkeld tot een vaste waarde binnen hun nichemarkt. Je komt terecht in een financieel gezonde onderneming waar ondernemerschap, betrokkenheid en korte communicatielijnen centraal staan.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Productieverantwoordelijke ben je het centrale aanspreekpunt van de productiesite en zorg je ervoor dat de volledige productieflow dagelijks efficiënt, veilig en kwalitatief verloopt
  • Daarnaast stel je de personeels- en productieplanning op, geef je duidelijke instructies aan de verschillende teams en zorg je ervoor dat de juiste mensen, machines en middelen op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn
  • Verder stem je de aanvoer van grondstoffen, de productieplanning en de transportorganisatie nauwkeurig op elkaar af en anticipeer je proactief op mogelijke knelpunten
  • Ook motiveer je jouw teams door een hands-on aanwezigheid op de werkvloer en een heldere, toegankelijke communicatiestijl
  • Tot slot bewaak je de kwaliteits- en veiligheidsvoorschriften, rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan het management en denk je actief mee over verdere optimalisaties binnen de productieomgeving
  • Je beschikt over een hoger diploma in een technische of industriële richting
  • Je hebt minstens vijf jaar relevante ervaring binnen een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur binnen de voedingsindustrie
  • Je bent een natuurlijke people manager die vlot communiceert in het Nederlands, Engels en Frans en mensen weet mee te krijgen in verandering en groei
