  • Een zelfstandige werkhouding en de drive om ownership te nemen over jouw projecten.
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en het talent om verschillende stakeholders samen te brengen.
  • Een combinatie van creativiteit, technisch inzicht en pragmatisme.
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit: je vindt het leuk om ideeën niet alleen te bedenken, maar ze ook zelf uit te testen en te verfijnen.
  • Een analytische en gestructureerde aanpak.
  • Het vermogen om het overzicht te bewaren, ook wanneer je meerdere projecten tegelijk opvolgt.
