Auch Quereinsteiger_innen mit handwerklichem Geschick sind bei uns herzlich willkommen!

Deine Aufgaben

* Montage und Zusammenbau von Metallbauteilen für Schienenfahrzeuge, insbesondere Trittbrettsystemen

* Bohren, Verschrauben und Verbinden verschiedener Metallteile

* Zusammenbau einzelner Komponenten zu fertigen Baugruppen

* Durchführung einfacher Bearbeitungs- und Anpassungsarbeiten

* Kontrolle der montierten Teile auf Qualität und Funktion

* Allgemeine Produktions- und Montagetätigkeiten je nach Bedarf

Dein Profil

* Quereinsteiger_in mit handwerklichem Geschick sind ausdrücklich willkommen

* Technisches Verständnis und Freude an praktischen Arbeiten

* Erfahrung in der Montage oder Metallbearbeitung von Vorteil

* Selbstständige, genaue und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Adäquate Deutschkenntnisse wünschenswert - alternativ sind auch Englischkenntnisse ausreichend

* Führerschein B und eigener PKW unbedingt erforderlich, da der Arbeitsplatz mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nicht erreichbar ist

* Gründliche Einschulung durch erfahrene Kollegen

* Beschäftigung vorerst befristet bis 22.12.2026 aufgrund des anschließenden Betriebsurlaubs

* Sehr gute Möglichkeit auf Verlängerung des Dienstverhältnisses, wenn die Zusammenarbeit für alle Seiten passt

Arbeitszeit:

Gleitzeit / 38,5 Stunden / Arbeitsbeginn zwischen 06:00 und 07:00 Uhr / Kurzer Freitag - Arbeitsende um 12:00 Uhr

Das gesetzliche Mindestentgelt beträgt € 2.626,91 brutto / Monat, eine Überzahlung ist je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung möglich.
