Am Produktionsstandort Schrems erweitern wir aktuell unsere Kapazitäten im Bereich der hochautomatisierten Produktion sowie Niederspannungsanlagen, welche in einer neuen modernen Fertigungshalle umgesetzt werden.

Für unser Werk in Schrems suchen wir eine:n 1 Produktionsleiter:in (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben:

* Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden inklusive Kapazitätsplanung

* Verantwortung für die kontinuierliche Optimierung von Fertigungsprozessen in Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Funktionen

* Integration neuer Technologien und Produktionsverfahren wie Manipulatoren, Kabelkonfektionierung, Wasserstrahlschneiden, ePlan, Drehmomentüberwachung und Rückverfolgbarkeit der Fertigung

* Gesamtverantwortung für Fertigungsqualität einschließlich Werker-Selbstprüfung, Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und

Managementsystemanforderungen sowie Pflege von Stücklisten und Arbeitsplänen

* Sicherstellung von Kosten- und Leistungsmanagement der Fertigung sowie technische Unterstützung für Projektplanung

* Umsetzung und Überwachung von Arbeitssicherheits-, Umwelt- und Compliance-Vorgaben

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung kombiniert mit mindestens 3 Jahre einschlägiger Berufserfahrung

* Kenntnisse im Bereich der Elektrotechnik

* Erfahrung mit Engineering-Tools wie z. B. EPLAN Electric P8 von Vorteil

* Ausgeprägte Führungsfähigkeiten kombiniert mit einer strukturierten, prozess- und lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise

* Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse der Tätigkeit entsprechend

Anforderungen ist für diese Position ein Bruttojahresgehalt in Höhe von 75.000€ angedacht. Je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine

Überzahlung vorgesehen. Automatische Vorrückungen und eine damit einhergehende Erhöhung des Lohnes nach 2 / 4 / 7 / 10 Jahren sind im Kollektivvertrag geregelt.
