Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit

Überlassung

Aufgaben

* Mitarbeit im Bereich der sterilen Produktion und Zusammenbau von Einzelteilen zu Endprodukten

* Überwachung und Prüfung der produzierten Teile auf Qualität und Einhaltung von Standards

* Bedienung und Pflege moderner Produktionsanlagen im Schichtbetrieb

* Unterstützung bei Optimierungsprozessen zur Effizienzsteigerung

* Dokumentation der Produktionsschritte gemäß Vorgaben

* Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Sicherheitsvorschriften im gesamten Produktionsprozess

* Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg:innen aus verschiedenen Abteilungen

* Aktive Beteiligung an kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsmaßnahmen

Profil

* Erste Berufserfahrung in der Produktion, idealerweise im sterilen Bereich

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich

* Feines Fingerspitzengefühl und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

* Hohe Motivation und Freude an Teamarbeit

* Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in Früh- und Spätschicht

* Verlässlichkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Deutschkenntnisse mindestens auf Niveau B1
