Dein Arbeitsbereich umfasst unterschiedliche Schritte innerhalb der Produktion.

Beim Sortieren und Kontrollieren stellst du sicher, dass gefertigte Produkte den vorgegebenen Anforderungen entsprechen.

Im Bereich Mischen bereitest du Materialien für den weiteren Produktionsprozess vor und übernimmst das Befüllen von Presszylindern.

Du arbeitest dabei sorgfältig, beobachtest die Abläufe und greifst ein, wenn etwas nicht wie vorgesehen läuft.

Das bedeutet: Deine Aufgabe ist nicht nur reine Ausführung. Technisches Verständnis, Genauigkeit und ein gutes Gefühl für Abläufe sind im Arbeitsalltag wichtig.

Du wirst in deine Aufgaben eingeschult und arbeitest eng mit deinen Kolleg zusammen.

Fachliche Anforderungen:

·Berufserfahrung in einem Produktionsbetrieb

·sehr gutes technisches Verständnis

·handwerkliches Geschick

·Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schicht-Betrieb

Von Vorteil:

·abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung bzw. LAP

·Erfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Produktionsumfeld

Persönliche Anforderungen:

·Du arbeitest genau und lösungsorientiert und bleibst auch dann dran, wenn bei einem Produktionsprozess einmal etwas nicht nach Plan läuft.

·Gleichzeitig ist dir bewusst, dass gute Produktion Teamarbeit ist. Du kommunizierst offen mit deinen Kolleg, gibst relevante Informationen weiter und unterstützt dort, wo es notwendig ist.

·Wenn du gerne praktisch arbeitest, technische Zusammenhänge verstehst und dich auf einen strukturierten Produktionsablauf einlassen kannst, passt dein Arbeitsstil gut zu dieser Position.
