Für unser Top-Team im Werk in Hennersdorf suchen wir 1 Produktionsmitarbeiter_in (w/m/d) Vollzeit

Deine Aufgaben:

* Du bedienst unterschiedliche Anlagen selbstständig und kennst auch die kleinen Feinheiten einer Maschine.

* Sicherheit ist das A&O. Du achtest bei Dir und Deinen Kollegen auf die Arbeitsplatzsicherheit und checkst die Qualität der Produkte.

* Geht nicht - gibt's nicht! Auch kleinere Reparaturen und Wartungen bereiten Dir kein Kopfzerbrechen.

* Du schläfst gerne auch mal lang? Perfekt, denn bei uns arbeitest Du im Schicht Betrieb (Mo-So - Vormittag bzw. Nachmittagsdienst).

* Es brennt der Hut - wenn es sein muss, hilfst Du auch mal kurzfristig an anderen Stellen in der Produktion aus.

Das bringst Du mit ins Team:

* Bestenfalls hast Du eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder technische Vorerfahrung und bereits Erfahrung in Produktionsbetrieben & an Anlagen.

* Du hast ein gutes technisches Verständnis und bist handwerklich geschickt? Dann klingst Du schon verdächtig nach dem/der Top-Kandidat/in.

* Du arbeitest selbstständig und behältst den Überblick? Mit anderen Worten, Du hast einfach Handschlagqualität!

* Ein bisschen Flexibilität zur Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit sollte auch dabei sein.
