Aufgabenbereich

* Du übernimmst Saatgut von unseren Lieferant:innen und sorgst für eine fachgerechte Aufbereitung, Verpackung und Auslieferung.

* Du kümmerst dich um die Beladung und Entladung von LKWs.

* Du sorgst für die Einlagerung von Paletten- bzw. Containerware sowie einen zeitgerechten Weitertransport.

* Nach einer ausführlichen Einschulung übernimmst du die Steuerung und Überwachung von Anlagen bzw. Maschinen und verantwortest deren Wartung.

Qualifikationen

* Du verfügst idealerweise über eine handwerkliche oder landwirtschaftliche Ausbildung.

* Darüber hinaus wäre es wünschenswert, wenn du bereits Berufserfahrung in einem Lagerbetrieb bzw. einem Produktionsumfeld sammeln konntest.

* Die Arbeit in einer Produktionsstätte bzw. einem Lagerbetrieb mit Krach, Dreck und Schichtarbeit macht dir nichts aus.

* Du hast einen Staplerschein und bestenfalls auch Erfahrung im Umgang mit Handscannern.

* Du bist es gewöhnt eigenständig zu arbeiten und hast ausreichend Deutschkenntnisse, um Arbeitsanweisungen zu verstehen.

* einen Mindestlohn von 2.419,- EUR brutto/Monat (Vollzeit, 38,5h/Woche) zuzüglich Zulagen. Je nach Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.

* eine Essenszulage von 4,60 EUR/Tag im eigenen Restaurant
