Mondi Grünburg GmbH Ein internationales Verpackungs und Papierunternehmen mit über 100 000 maßgesc... 1 Produktionsplaner_in Deine Aufgaben * Termin-, Grob- und Feinplanung der Produktionsaufträge an unseren Anlagen, von WPA, Druck und Rollenschneiden bis zu Stanzen sowie Falten und Kleben * Aktives Kapazitätsmanagement sowie Abstimmung von Maschinenstillständen, Ressourcenbedarfen, Versandplanung, Absatzvorschauen und saisonalen Schwankungen * Disposition von Rohbögen und Papier inklusive Bedarfsermittlung, Bestandskontrolle, Bestellung, Forecasts, Auftragsbestätigungspflege und Nachverfolgung bei Abweichungen * Überleitung von Kund_innenaufträgen in SAP und OMP sowie Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der Planungsparameter und Planungstools * Tägliche Abstimmung mit Produktion, Arbeitsvorbereitung, Versand, Einkauf und Vertrieb zu Terminen, Prioritäten, Engpässen und technischen Machbarkeiten * Analyse und transparente Kommunikation von Auslastung, Performance, Beständen, Verzögerungen und Optimierungspotenzialen im Werk * Mitwirkung bei Outsourcing-Entscheidungen, Lieferantenmanagement, Inventur, Qualitäts- und Prozessoptimierungen sowie weiteren SCM-Projekten * Sicherstellung der gegenseitigen Vertretung innerhalb der Produktionsplanung und schrittweise Einarbeitung in die Schwerpunkte Papierdisposition, Grobplanung und Feinplanung

Das bringst du mit * Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, idealerweise in einem technischen Bereich der Papier-, Verpackungs-, Druck- oder Printmedienindustrie * Berufserfahrung in der Produktionsplanung, Arbeitsvorbereitung, Supply Chain oder einem vergleichbaren industriellen Umfeld * Gute Kenntnisse in SAP und MS Office sowie Erfahrung mit Planungstools und Tabellenkalkulation; OMP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil * Eine genaue, selbstständige, strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise sowie Freude am Umgang mit Daten und Kennzahlen * Rasche Auffassungsgabe, Organisationstalent, Durchsetzungsvermögen und kommunikatives Geschick * Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit sowie Bereitschaft zur bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit * Deutschkenntnisse B1 für die sichere Kommunikation im Produktionsumfeld * Englisch-Grundkenntnisse
