* Planung und Steuerung von Produktionslinien unter Berücksichtigung kurz-, mittel- und langfristiger Anforderungen * Erstellung und laufende Optimierung von Produktionsplänen zur Sicherstellung einer effizienten Fertigung * Überwachung und Optimierung der Kapazitätsauslastung innerhalb der Produktionsbereiche * Monitoring von Beständen, Bedarfen und potenziellen Engpässen im relevanten Produktportfolio * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Materialdisposition, Produktion, Customer Service und weiteren internen Schnittstellen * Analyse produktionsrelevanter Kennzahlen sowie Erstellung von Reports und Auswertungen * Bearbeitung von internen Anfragen und Bereitstellung relevanter Planungsinformationen * Pflege und Weiterentwicklung planungsrelevanter Stammdaten im ERP-System * Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen entlang der Supply Chain und Produktionsprozesse * Aktive Mitwirkung an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Planungs- und Steuerungsprozessen

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene wirtschaftliche oder technische Ausbildung * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Produktionsplanung oder in einer koordinierenden Funktion innerhalb eines Produktionsumfelds * Gutes Verständnis für komplexe Supply-Chain- und Produktionsprozesse * Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP oder vergleichbaren ERP-Systemen * Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel * Analytische Denkweise sowie strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise * Hohe Zahlenaffinität und Verständnis für betriebliche Zusammenhänge * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift * Kommunikationsstärke und professioneller Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartner:innen * Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams
