Wir setzen Impulse - seit 1983 entwickelt, produziert und vertreibt Leonhard Lang Medizinprodukte, wie Elektrodensysteme und Zubehör für EKG, Elektrochirurgie, Defibrillation, Stimulation sowie Gele und Fixierungen. Weltweit werden diese Produkte in Spitälern, bei Ärzt:innen und in gesundheitlichen Notfallsituationen eingesetzt. Als Teil unseres Teams trägst auch du zur Gesundheit und Heilung von Patient:innen bei. 1 Produktionstechniker:in Deine Aufgaben

* Du analysierst bestehende Produktionsanlagen, erkennst Optimierungspotenziale und setzt Verbesserungsmaßnahmen gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen um

* Du wirkst bei der Auswahl, Planung und Inbetriebnahme neuer Maschinen und Anlagen mit

* Du arbeitest aktiv an der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Betriebsdatenerfassung (BDE) für den Maschinenpark mit

* Du unterstützt Lean-Management-Projekte und bringst deine Ideen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Produktionsprozesse ein

* Du erstellst, vereinheitlichst und pflegst Arbeitsanweisungen sowie technische Dokumentationen praxisnah und verständlich

* Du entwickelst Schulungs- und Trainingsunterlagen und unterstützt bei der Wissensvermittlung innerhalb der Produktion

* Du begleitest Veränderungen in der Produktion, unterstützt unsere Mitarbeitenden bei der Einführung neuer Prozesse und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf

Was du mitbringst

* Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene technische oder naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung (HTL, FH oder Universität), beispielsweise in den Bereichen Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik, Materialwissenschaften, Medizintechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung

* Du bringst ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und Interesse für Maschinen, Anlagen und Produktionsprozesse mit

* Du arbeitest gerne im Team und kommunizierst professionell und wertschätzend mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen und Schnittstellen

* Zuverlässigkeit, Genauigkeit und ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein sind für dich selbstverständlich

* Du hast Freude daran, Prozesse kontinuierlich zu verbessern und bringst idealerweise erste Erfahrungen oder Interesse an Lean Management bzw. kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen (KVP) mit

* Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
