auf Vollzeitbasis.

Ihre zukünftigen Aufgaben

* Gesamtverantwortung für die Produktion der Faserlinie unter Einhaltung

von Arbeitssicherheit, Qualität, Produktivität und behördlichen Vorgaben

* Fachliche Verantwortung für Mitarbeiter sowie Mitwirkung bei Schulungen

und Wissensweitergabe

* Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Sicherheits- und

Arbeitsanweisungen, Betriebsanleitungen sowie Schulungsunterlagen

* Überwachung, Steuerung und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Anlagen und

Prozessen inklusive Trouble-Shooting und Datenanalyse

* Aktive Mitwirkung bei Risiko- und Sicherheitsbetrachtungen sowie im

Änderungsmanagement (z. B. MOC, HAZOP)

* Koordination, Abstimmung bzw. Mitarbeit bei Reparaturen, Stillständen

und Projekten mit internen und externen Partnern

* Übernahme von Bereitschaftsdiensten zur Sicherstellung der Produktion

Das bringen Sie mit

* Abgeschlossene chemisch/technische Ausbildung (Meister, HTL, FH oder höher)

* Ausgeprägtes Sicherheits- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Hohe Belastbarkeit unter Zeitdruck und wechselnden Anforderungen

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Zellstoffproduktion oder chemischen Produktion sowie Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung

* Ausgeprägtes chemisch-technisches Verständnis o Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie organisatorisches Grundverständnis

* Kommunikative, teamfähige, wertschätzende und lösungsorientierte Führungspersönlichkeit mit hoher Eigeninitiative
