- Entwicklung von Marketing-, Verkaufs- und Produktstrategien auf Basis betriebswirtschaft-

licher Kennziffern und praxisorientierter Lösungen

- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktentwicklung, Marketing und Verkauf

- Marktbeobachtung und -analyse

- Ausbau und Ideen neuer Vertriebswege

- Unterstützung der Partner durch fachliche Beratung und Produktkenntnisse

* ANFORDERUNGSPROFIL:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene landwirtschaftliche Ausbildung (Fachschule) und weiter-

führende Ausbildung

(Studium der Agrarwissenschaften, Tiermedizin oder vergleichbare Fachrichtung)

- Alternativ: Quereinsteiger_innen mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in Landwirtschaft, Tier-

haltung oder Vertrieb sind willkommen

- Strategisches Denken, gutes kaufmännisches Verständnis und Kundenorientierung

- Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit sowie Freude am Umgang mit Kollegen und Vertriebs-

partnern

- Selbstorganisierte, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise

- Eigeninitiative, Lernbereitschaft und unternehmerisches Denken

- Sicherer Umgang mit modernen digitalen Tools (CRM, ERP, MS Office)

Eine Überzahlung ist abhängig von der Qualifikation und der Berufserfahrung möglich.

- Erreichbarkeit: ist mit öffentlichem Verkehrsmittel gegeben
