BORA Lüftungstechnik sorgt seit 2007 mit innovativen Produkten und einem kreativen Team für frischen Wind in der Küchenbranche. Unser dynamisches Unternehmen ist geprägt durch flache Hierarchien und viel Spaß an der Arbeit. Zusammen mit Ihnen wollen wir den Lebensraum Küche neu gestalten.

Für unseren Standort in Niederndorf/Tirol (bei Kufstein) suchen wir zur Erweiterung des Teams ab sofort in Vollzeit: 1 Produktspezialist/ Elektroniker (m/w/d) Hybrid Ihre Aufgaben:

* Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Technischem Service & Technology

* Ansprechpartner für technische Fragestellungen der Servicetechniker, Servicepartner sowie des Customer Supports

* Schulung sowie technische Unterstützung der Außendienstmitarbeiter und Servicepartner

* Planung und Durchführung von Produkt- und Servicetrainings zu BORA Produkten, Neuheiten und Softwarelösungen

* Mitwirkung bei Projekten, insbesondere bei Neuprodukteinführungen

* Ausarbeitung und Aktualisierung von Servicemanuals, Servicekonzepten sowie Arbeitsanweisungen

* Analyse, Reporting und Auswertung von Servicefällen und Kennzahlen

* Validierung abgeschlossener Serviceeinsätze sowie Unterstützung bei Reklamationen, ggf. vor Ort

Ihr Profil:

* Gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von EDV-Systemen

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil

Das Mindestentgelt inklusive Überzahlung für die Stelle als Produktspezialist/ Elektroniker (m/w/d) Hybrid beträgt 2.633,77 EUR brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung.
