Je neemt operationele taken op je en denkt op strategisch niveau mee met de programmamanager. Verantwoordelijkheden Programmateamoverleg en werkgroepen - Deelnemen als secretaris aan het programmateamoverleg. - In overleg met de programmamanager wekelijks de agenda opstellen en delen met werkgroepleden. - Bijhouden van actie- en besluitenlijsten. - Trekker zijn van de werkgroep Zon op Gebouw en verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van een plan dat perspectief biedt op het realiseren van de RES-doelstelling met betrekking tot zon op gebouw. - Een actieve rol binnen de werkgroep Energiegemeenschappen vervullen. - Aansturing van activiteiten met betrekking tot communicatie voor de RES en afstemming met andere gemeenten en de provincie over gezamenlijke communicatietrajecten. Regiegroep - In overleg met de programmamanager de regiegroep voorbereiden: onderwerpen inventariseren bij leden en samen een agenda opstellen. - Verslaglegging verzorgen en actie- en besluitenlijsten opstellen tijdens de overleggen. Bestuurlijk overleg - Voorbereiden van het bestuurlijk overleg door afspraken voor het secretariaat van de bestuurlijk trekker te organiseren. - De programmamanager ondersteunen bij het opstellen van agenda en benodigde stukken. - Op strategisch bestuurlijk niveau meedenken over de opzet van de vergaderingen. - Verslagen en actie- en besluitenlijsten opstellen van het overleg. Evaluatie RES en voortgangsrapportage - Actieve ondersteuning van de programmamanager bij de realisatie van de evaluatie van de RES en bij het opstellen van de voortgangsrapportage. Monitoring en data - Verantwoordelijk voor de monitoring van de RES volgens de gehanteerde werkwijze binnen de RES'en. - Nauw samenwerken met DatalabGO bij de monitoring en datagerelatee...
