Programmacoördinator European Partnership for Responsible Minerals (EPRM) Vacaturenummer: 80071 Functieomschrijving Dagelijks werken aan betere sociaaleconomische omstandigheden voor mijnwerkers in conflict- en risicogebieden. Door verantwoorde productie en betrouwbare inkoop van mineralen te bevorderen, met speciale aandacht voor kleinschalige mijnbouw in hoogrisico gebieden. In het EPRM werken 52 bedrijven, overheden en NGO's samen, om ervoor te zorgen dat het werkveld verantwoord omgaat met de winning van en de handel in mineralen. RVO voert het Secretariaat van dit partnerschap en als Programmacoördinator EPRM heb jij hier een sturende rol in. Waar je aan gaat werken Als Programmacoördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor de strategische en operationele aansturing van het EPRM‑secretariaat. In die rol zorg je ervoor, dat de Governance Board zijn rol als sturend orgaan van EPRM goed kan uitvoeren. Je houdt toezicht op de uitvoering van het meerjarenplan. Ook zorg je ervoor dat het Secretariaat goed en efficiënt werkt aan de doelen van EPRM. Je vertegenwoordigt EPRM naar buiten toe en zet het belang van artisanale en kleinschalige mijnbouw (ASM) op de agenda bij beleids- en sectororganisaties. Daarnaast onderhoud je goede contacten met bestaande donoren, zoals EU INTPA, BZ en BMZ. Je voert de fondsenwervingsstrategie van EPRM uit en werkt pro-actief en creatief aan het vinden van nieuwe bronnen van inkomsten. Bij EPRM zijn verschillende partijen betrokken, zoals overheden, bedrijven, NGO's en internationale organisaties. Zij zijn actief in verschillende delen van de mijnbouwketen en hebben soms verschillende of tegengestelde belangen. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat de juiste partijen worden betrokken bij de verdere ontwikkeling van het programma.
