Werkzaamheden - Vertaalt de programmadoelstellingen naar een pragmatische aanpak, integrale planning en operationele sturing - Richt een integraal besturingsmodel in waarin verantwoordelijkheden, besluitrechten en escalatieroutes over de volledige migratieketen expliciet zijn belegd - Verantwoordelijk voor één gezamenlijke planning, backlog, afhankelijkhedenoverzicht, risicobeeld en voortgangsrapportage voor alle betrokken organisatieonderdelen - Identificeert en verwijdert structurele blokkades in besluitvorming, prioritering en kwaliteitscontrole om de migratie voorspelbaar en tijdig te realiseren - Verbindt stakeholders over de keten en borgt samenwerking en resultaten duurzaam in de uitvoering Eisen - WO werk- en denk niveau, bij voorkeur met een technische achtergrond. - Meer dan 15 jaar projectervaring in complexe organisatie-, business- en IT-transformaties (bewezen aantal jaar: 15) - Eindverantwoordelijk voor programma's met meerdere projecten - Ervaring in publieke en gereguleerde omgevingen, met rapportagelijn naar MT en stuurgroep - Bewezen inrichting van integrale planning, financiële beheersing, risicomanagement en capaciteitsplanning - Ervaring met het voorbereiden en begeleiden van besluitvorming waarbij kwaliteit, risico's en deadlines tegen elkaar moeten worden afgewogen Wensen Com...
