In het kort: Je gaat als programmasecretaris de programmamanager ondersteunen, overleggen organiseren en vastleggen, gebiedspartijen verbinden en bijdragen aan een gedragen gebiedsprogramma voor stikstofreductie, natuurherstel, waterkwaliteit en klimaatbestendige gebiedsontwikkeling. Omschrijving Opdrachtgever provincie Gelderland Gelderland, de mooiste provincie van Nederland! Elke dag werken provincie, gemeenten en waterschap in de grootste provincie van Nederland samen om Gelderland mooi, schoon, welvarend en veilig te houden van en voor ons allemaal. We doen dit met veel inzet, motivatie, kennis en kunde en uiteraard samen met allerlei organisaties en partijen. Samen zoeken we telkens naar nieuwe passende oplossingen voor complexe maatschappelijke opgaven zoals bijvoorbeeld energietransitie, woningbouw, mobiliteit, natuur of milieu. Dit maakt ons werk uitdagend, interessant en zinvol. Inleiding Als provincie werken we samen met het Waterschap Vallei en Veluwe, de gemeenten Ede en Barneveld en het Ministerie LVVN aan het gebiedsproces Ede-Barneveld. Er is een plan van aanpak en intentieovereenkomst om als overheden verder samen op te trekken en af te spreken welke maatregelen uit te voeren die bijdragen aan stikstofreductie, natuurherstel en het verbeteren van de waterkwaliteit om de vergunningverlening op gang te brengen en ontwikkelingen weer mogelijk te maken. Het gebiedsproces Ede-Barneveld staat in de startblokken om de volgende fase van de Gelderse Aanpak Gebiedsontwikkeling in te gaan: de Verkenningsfase. Aan het eind van dit circa tweejarig proces willen we een gedegen en gedragen Gebiedsprogramma waar overheden en gebiedspartijen zich in herkennen, aan committeren en waar men uitvoering aan wil en kan geven. Daarbij willen we in deze periode al starten met de uitvoering van projecten waar al commitment op is. Voor dit boeiende proces zoeken we een ervaren programmasecretaris/spin-in-het-web. De opgave Het plangebied Ede-Barneveld is onderdeel van de G.
