The posting

Bij een organisatie in de industriële automatisering in Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht ontwikkel je besturingssoftware voor machines en productielijnen. Je vertaalt functionele eisen naar klantspecifieke PLC- en microcontrollerprogramma’s en bent betrokken bij het ontwerpen, testen en inbedrijfstellen. Daarbij werk je met Siemens- en Beckhoff-systemen, programmeer je in Structured Text en ladder en gebruik je C# of Python voor ondersteunende tools. Je houdt rekening met de werking van de machine en de praktische eisen van de gebruiker. In de dagelijkse praktijk wissel je softwareontwikkeling af met het testen van besturingen en het oplossen van technische problemen bij klanten. Je werkt samen met technische collega’s in projectteams en ondersteunt de verkoopafdeling met technische specificaties en implementatieadvies. Door ontwerp en inbedrijfstelling te combineren, verdiep je je kennis van besturingslogica, foutdiagnose en de samenhang tussen software en machinegedrag. Functie-inhoud - Ontwikkelen van klantspecifieke PLC- en microcontrollerprogramma’s voor machines en productielijnen - Analyseren van functionele eisen en vertalen naar een uitvoerbaar softwareontwerp - Programmeren in Structured Text en ladder voor Siemens- en Beckhoff-systemen - Maken van ondersteunende tools met C# of Python - Testen en inbedrijfstellen van besturingssystemen bij klanten en oplossen van technische problemen - Adviseren van de verkoopafdeling over technische specificaties en implementatie - Samenwerken met technische collega’s aan de oplevering van projecten op locatie Functie-eisen - Technische opleidingsachtergrond in industriële automatisering, elektrotechniek of een vergelijkbare richting - Ervaring met het ontwikkelen en testen van PLC-software voor machines of productielijnen - Kennis van Siemens- of Beckhoff-besturingen en programmeren in Structured Text en ladder - Affiniteit met microcontrollers en ondersteunende software in C# of Python - Vermogen om functionele eisen te vertalen.
