Over de rol Als Project Automatiserings Engineer werk je aan technische verbeteringen en automatiseringsprojecten binnen de productieomgeving. Je bent betrokken bij projecten van idee tot implementatie. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar de software of één machine, maar juist naar het complete technische proces . Hoe communiceren machines met elkaar? Hoe kunnen robots en cobots worden ingezet? Hoe zorgen we ervoor dat verschillende systemen goed samenwerken? En hoe maken we een productieproces veiliger, stabieler en efficiënter? Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het ontwikkelen, aanpassen en testen van PLC-besturingen ; - Het verbeteren en optimaliseren van bestaande machines en productielijnen; - Het integreren van robots en cobots binnen productieprocessen; - Het onderzoeken hoe verschillende machines en systemen met elkaar communiceren; - Het werken met industriële netwerken en OT; - Het ondersteunen bij HMI- en SCADA-oplossingen; - Het meewerken aan elektrotechnische modificaties en schema's; - Het analyseren en oplossen van technische problemen op de productievloer; - Het verbeteren van productieprocessen op het gebied van beschikbaarheid, veiligheid en efficiency; - Het samenwerken met technische dienst, productie, engineering en extern...
