Denk aan onderling verweven projecten zoals de realisatie van de New Cargo Terminal, het nieuwe cateringgebouw, de ontwikkeling van nieuwe kantoren; allen gedreven door de verplaatsingsovereenkomst met Schiphol. Tegelijkertijd beweegt RE&FC zich steeds vaker van vastgoed gebruiker naar -eigenaar of huurder, wat grote invloed heeft op onze balans en kasstromen. Als Project Controller RE & FC zit jij midden in dit speelveld aan het stuur. Je bent strategisch business partner, financiële geweten en procesbewaker met directe exposure naar de KLM-directie en externe stakeholders (o.a. investeerders, projectontwikkelaars en overheden). Jouw beslissingen en adviezen raken de publieke opinie! RE&FC is onderdeel van Finance en heeft haar eigen controlling team welke een sterke strategische groei gaat doormaken in de positionering van vastgoedeigenaar en ook steeds vaker als huurder. De rol van Project-Controller verlangt ondernemersgeest, planning en organiserend vermogen op zowel korte als lange termijn doelen. Wat ga je doen? Binnen het multidisciplinaire team van RE&FC zorg jij voor een strak ingerichte programmabesturing, transparantie en financiële rust in een dynamische context. Je overbrugt moeiteloos het gat tussen strategische besluitvorming en inhoudelijke financiële complexiteit.
