Als Project en communicatiemedewerker ondersteun je een technische afdeling die gespecialiseerd is in meetoplossingen voor verwarming, ventilatie, airconditioning en koeltechniek. Je werkt samen met verschillende teams en helpt om doelstellingen en plannen om te zetten in concrete resultaten.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je vertaalt kwartaaldoelstellingen mee naar concrete acties en volgt de voortgang ervan op.
  • Je bewaakt projecten, acties en deadlines en zorgt ervoor dat gemaakte afspraken worden opgevolgd.
  • Je verzamelt de nodige informatie, signaleert knelpunten en denkt actief mee over oplossingen.
  • Je helpt processen en samenwerkingen efficiënter te organiseren.
  • Je wordt het lokale aanspreekpunt voor vragen rond de bedrijfssoftware, waaronder SAP S/4HANA. Je hoeft hierin bij de start nog geen expert te zijn.
  • Je verzamelt vragen en verbetervoorstellen van gebruikers en brengt deze bij de juiste interne of internationale contactpersonen.
  • Je ondersteunt bij het testen en documenteren van nieuwe werkwijzen en toepassingen.
  • Je werkt mee aan marketing en communicatie, waaronder e mailcampagnes, sociale media en content voor de website.
  • Je schrijft heldere teksten voor klanten, partners en collega’s en ondersteunt bij productteksten en andere B2B communicatie.
  • Je helpt mee met de organisatie van webinars, evenementen en beurzen.

Als Project en communicatiemedewerker ben je iemand die graag vooruitgaat. Je ziet wat er moet gebeuren, maakt afspraken concreet en zorgt ervoor dat acties niet blijven liggen. Ook wanneer verschillende projecten tegelijkertijd lopen, weet je het overzicht te bewaren en de juiste prioriteiten te stellen.

Jij brengt mee:

  • Je bent sterk in organisatie en projectopvolging en brengt graag structuur.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, toont initiatief en werkt zelfstandig.
  • Je communiceert vlot en durft collega’s op een constructieve manier aan te spreken over de voortgang.
  • Je kunt goed prioriteiten stellen wanneer verschillende vragen en deadlines samenkomen.
  • Je hebt interesse in bedrijfsprocessen en digitale systemen en leert graag nieuwe toepassingen kennen.
  • Je schrijft en spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Frans en Engels.
  • Interesse in technische producten en meetoplossingen is een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring met projectopvolging, communicatie, marketing, sales support of een vergelijkbare ondersteunende functie is mooi meegenomen.
