Bij een machinebouwer in Heel, Limburg, werk je aan besturingstechniek voor de diervoederindustrie. De organisatie ontwikkelt complete voerfabrieken en verzorgt vervanging en modernisering van afzonderlijke machines. Als Project Engineer Besturingstechniek vertaal je proces- en machinefuncties naar een samenhangend besturingsconcept. Je richt je op betrouwbare productie, overzichtelijke bediening en een goede afstemming tussen machines, zodat grondstoffen gecontroleerd door de verschillende processtappen gaan. In de dagelijkse praktijk verbind je elektrotechniek, PLC-software en proceskennis. Je stemt functionele eisen af met collega's uit engineering en gebruikt die als basis voor besturingsspecificaties, interfaces en testplannen. Daarbij kijk je naar zaken als signalenuitwisseling, vergrendelingen, alarmen en HMI-bediening. Door ontwerpkeuzes te toetsen tijdens testen en inbedrijfstelling verdiep je je kennis van industriële automatisering en leer je hoe afzonderlijke machines binnen een complete productielijn samenwerken. Functie-inhoud - Vertalen van proces- en machine-eisen naar functionele besturingsspecificaties - Afstemmen van PLC-, HMI- en SCADA-functionaliteit met betrokken engineers - Uitwerken van I/O-behoeften, machine-interfaces en besturingsvergrendelingen - Bewaken van technische samenhang tussen elektrotechniek, software en proces - Voorbereiden en begeleiden van functionele testen en inbedrijfstelling - Vastleggen van ontwerpkeuzes, testresultaten en technische wijzigingen Functie-eisen - Hbo-werk- en -denkniveau in elektrotechniek, industriële automatisering of mechatronica - Ervaring met besturingstechnische engineering binnen machinebouw of procesautomatisering - Kennis van PLC-programmering en de samenhang met HMI- en SCADA-systemen - Inzicht in industriële communicatie, I/O en elektrische schema's - Aandacht voor machineveiligheid, storingsdiagnose en betrouwbare procesbesturing - Vermogen om technische eisen helder af te stemmen en te doc.
