The posting

  • Beheren van investeringsprojecten volgens de CPMP-methodologie, met een focus op civiele bouwwerken (betonconstructies, staalstructuren en afwerkingswerken).
  • Toezicht houden op de uitvoering van gebouwen en civiele constructies, waaronder vloeren, gevels, daken en binnenafwerking.
  • Opstellen van technische specificaties, vergelijken van meetstaten (bill of quantities), selecteren van aannemers en dagelijks opvolgen van de werfactiviteiten.
  • Opstellen en beheren van projectplanningen, inclusief mijlpalen, tijdslijnen en inzet van middelen.
  • De voortgang van projecten opvolgen, technische problemen oplossen en regelmatig rapporteren aan de Project Manager.
  • Samenwerken met interne en externe stakeholders om ervoor te zorgen dat aan alle projectvereisten wordt voldaan.
  • Toezien op de naleving van geldende wet- en regelgeving, kwaliteitsnormen en HSE-richtlijnen (Health, Safety & Environment).
  • Technische documentatie up-to-date houden en bijdragen aan de continue verbetering van engineeringprocessen.
  • Masterdiploma in Ingenieurswetenschappen of Industriële Ingenieurswetenschappen, bij voorkeur met een specialisatie in Bouwkunde of Civiele Techniek.
  • Minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring als Projectingenieur binnen de bouwsector (bij een aannemer en/of engineering consultancy).
  • Ervaring binnen de farmaceutische of voedingsindustrie is een pluspunt.
  • Grondige kennis van civiele techniek en bouwmethodieken.
  • Kennis van of interesse in cleanroomomgevingen is een troef.
  • Sterke plannings- en organisatorische vaardigheden en het vermogen om bouwtekeningen te interpreteren.
  • Proactieve, hands-on en oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid.
  • Teamspeler met uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Vloeiende kennis van het Nederlands en een professionele beheersing van het Engels.
