The posting

Bij een specialist in industriële automatisering in Barendrecht werk je aan projecten van technische voorbereiding tot ingebruikname. Je combineert projectcoördinatie met het ontwikkelen van PLC- en HMI-software voor industriële besturingen. Daarbij werk je met Siemens- en Beckhoff-PLC’s, TwinCAT, CODESYS en programmeertalen volgens IEC 61131-3. Je bewaakt de samenhang tussen tekeningen, stuklijsten, materiaalvoorziening en software, zodat de montage en inbedrijfstelling goed op elkaar aansluiten. Je besteedt ongeveer 50% van je tijd aan engineering en programmeren, 30% aan implementatie en inbedrijfstelling en 20% aan testing en aftersales. Je werkt samen met circa acht automatiseringstechnici en stemt regelmatig af met mechanische engineering en externe paneelbouwers. In de dagelijkse praktijk wissel je ontwerpwerk af met testen, remote support en foutanalyse op locatie. Daarmee verdiep je zowel je programmeerkennis als je inzicht in de volledige levenscyclus van een automatiseringsproject. Functie-inhoud - Projecten plannen en technisch voorbereiden, met aandacht voor uitvoerbaarheid en voortgang - Technische tekeningen en stuklijsten opstellen en controleren en ontwerpteams aansturen - Inkoop coördineren en tijdige levering van materialen bewaken - PLC- en HMI-software ontwikkelen met Siemens, Beckhoff, TwinCAT en CODESYS - Montage aansturen en besturingen testen en in bedrijf stellen op locatie - Storingen analyseren en oplossen via remote support en ondersteuning op locatie - Softwarewijzigingen beheren met Git en afstemmen met mechanische engineering en paneelbouwers Functie-eisen - Technische opleidingsachtergrond in elektrotechniek, industriële automatisering of mechatronica - Ervaring met engineering en programmering van industriële besturingen - Kennis van Siemens- en Beckhoff-PLC’s en affiniteit met TwinCAT en CODESYS - Vaardigheid in Structured Text en Ladder volgens IEC 61131-3 en vertrouwdheid met Git - Inzicht in technische tekeningen, stuklijsten.
