Bij een technisch ingenieursbureau in Echt ontwerp en specificeer je elektro- en besturingstechnische installaties voor industriële opdrachtgevers in binnen- en buitenland. Als Project Engineer Industriële Automatisering begeleid je zelfstandig complete projecten, van technische uitwerking tot inbedrijfstelling bij de eindklant. Je neemt bij complexe projecten de rol van lead engineer of projectleider op je en helpt de afdeling Industriële Automatisering vanuit deze vestiging verder op te bouwen. In de dagelijkse praktijk vertaal je klantvragen naar besturingsconcepten, beoordeel je elektrotechnische schema’s en P&ID’s en stem je de software-uitwerking af met software engineers. Je bespreekt planning en voortgang met de projectleiding en bewaakt de kwaliteit met ontwerpverificaties en controleregistraties. Daarbij werk je met collega’s aan vraagstukken rond PLC- en DCS-besturingen, aandrijftechniek en industriële veldbussen. Je draagt je kennis over aan teamleden en verdiept je eigen expertise via afdelingsgerichte opleidingsplannen. Functie-inhoud - Ontwerp en specificeer complexe elektro- en besturingstechnische installaties op basis van klantvragen. - Lees en beoordeel elektrotechnische hardwareschema’s en P&ID’s en begeleid de software-uitwerking. - Neem de technische leiding over projecten en onderhoud rechtstreeks contact met opdrachtgevers. - Stel complexe besturingsinstallaties bij eindklanten in bedrijf. - Stem planning en voortgang af met het afdelingshoofd of de projectleider en rapporteer schriftelijk. - Controleer je ontwerpen en lever complete documentatie met controleregistraties en ontwerpverificaties op. - Train en begeleid teamleden en draag bij aan de opbouw van de afdeling. Functie-eisen - Je hebt een relevante hbo-opleiding en aantoonbare ervaring als Project Engineer in industriële automatisering of besturingstechniek. - Je hebt specialistische kennis van meerdere actuele PC- of PLC-besturingssystemen, zoals Siemens S7, TIA Portal en DCS-tec.
