The posting

Bij een technisch installatiebedrijf in Udenhout werk je aan vervangingen en aanpassingen van industriële installaties. Als project engineer industriële automatisering begeleid je projecten van aanvraag en calculatie tot testen en oplevering. Je richt je op werkzaamheden met een korte uitvoeringstijd, waarbij stilstand zorgvuldig moet worden gepland. Denk aan aanpassingen in een voedingsmiddelenfabriek of aan een rioolgemaal. Je vertaalt klantvragen naar uitvoerbare elektrotechnische ontwerpen en houdt overzicht over techniek, planning en veiligheid. In de dagelijkse praktijk schakel je tussen engineering, werkvoorbereiding en overleg op locatie. Je werkt samen met panelenbouwers, buitendienstcollega’s en hardware- en service engineers om wijzigingen beheerst door te voeren. Met EPLAN en AutoCAD werk je aan schema’s en ontwerpen; tijdens de uitvoering bewaak je de voortgang en beantwoord je technische vragen. Binnen een zelfsturend team krijg je ruimte voor eigen initiatief en kun je je vakkennis verdiepen via opleidingen en specialisatie. Functie-inhoud - Projectaanvragen beoordelen, calculaties maken en offertes technisch afstemmen met klanten - Klantwensen uitwerken tot elektrotechnische ontwerpen, schema’s en berekeningen - Materialen bestellen, uitvoeringsplanningen maken en externe partijen inschakelen - Werkzaamheden afstemmen met panelenbouw, buitendienst en hardware- en service engineers - Veiligheids- en gezondheidsplannen opstellen en werkvergunningen organiseren - Op locatie voortgang, planning en technische uitvoering bewaken - Installaties helpen inregelen en testen en projecten opleveren aan de klant Functie-eisen - Hbo-diploma industriële automatisering of elektrotechniek, of vergelijkbaar niveau door werkervaring - Bij voorkeur enkele jaren ervaring als hardware engineer in de industriële automatisering - Kennis van en ervaring met EPLAN en AutoCAD - Kennis van geldende technische normen en veiligheidsnormen - VCA VOL of bereidheid dit certificaa.
