Als Project Engineer Industriële Automatisering in Veghel werk je aan besturingsoplossingen voor een organisatie binnen de fabrieksindustrie. Je vertaalt proceswensen naar een technisch ontwerp en houdt daarbij rekening met betrouwbaarheid, veiligheid en onderhoudbaarheid. De kern van je rol ligt op het raakvlak van PLC-besturingen, HMI/SCADA en elektrotechniek: je zorgt dat technische keuzes aansluiten op het productieproces en dat de verschillende disciplines met dezelfde uitgangspunten werken. In de dagelijkse praktijk stem je functionele eisen af, beoordeel je ontwerpen en begeleid je de uitvoering en het testen van automatiseringsoplossingen. Je schakelt met software-engineers, elektrotechnici en betrokkenen vanuit productie en onderhoud. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar de oplevering, maar ook naar storingsdiagnose en beheer. Je verdiept je verder in besturingsarchitecturen, industriële communicatie en het gestructureerd realiseren van technische projecten. Functie-inhoud - Vertalen van proceswensen naar functionele specificaties en technische ontwerpen - Afstemmen van interfaces tussen PLC-besturingen, HMI/SCADA en veldapparatuur - Bewaken van technische scope, planning en voortgang van automatiseringsprojecten - Beoordelen van elektrotechnische schema’s, I/O-lijsten en besturingsconcepten - Voorbereiden en begeleiden van FAT, SAT en inbedrijfstelling - Vastleggen van ontwerpkeuzes, testresultaten en overdrachtsdocumentatie Functie-eisen - Hbo-werk- en -denkniveau in elektrotechniek, industriële automatisering of mechatronica - Ervaring met engineering binnen industriële automatiseringsprojecten - Kennis van PLC-besturingen en HMI/SCADA, bijvoorbeeld Siemens TIA Portal - Inzicht in industriële netwerken en protocollen zoals PROFINET en Modbus TCP - Vaardigheid in het lezen van elektrotechnische schema’s en technische specificaties - Gestructureerde werkwijze en heldere communicatie met technische en operationele collega’s Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen.
