The posting

Bij een machinebouwer in Breda werk je aan de PLC-besturing van industriële robotproductielijnen voor de automobielindustrie. Als Project Engineer Software PLC ben je technisch verantwoordelijk voor de controls, van software-engineering tot inbedrijfstelling bij de klant. Je bewaakt de technische samenhang van de besturing en stuurt PLC-programmeurs en externe leveranciers inhoudelijk aan. Daarbij combineer je kennis van industriële automatisering met overzicht over de uitvoering van het project. In de dagelijkse praktijk stem je softwarekeuzes af, beoordeel je de voortgang en help je besturingsvraagstukken op te lossen. Je werkt samen met programmeurs en andere technische disciplines om robotproductielijnen betrouwbaar te laten functioneren. Tijdens de inbedrijfstelling werk je ook langere periodes op klantlocaties in binnen- en buitenland. Je krijgt ruimte om je vakkennis te verdiepen, onder meer in virtual commissioning en Industry 4.0. Wat ga je doen? - Technische verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor de PLC-besturing van robotproductielijnen - PLC-programmeurs en externe leveranciers inhoudelijk aansturen en hun werk opvolgen - Softwarekeuzes en besturingsinterfaces afstemmen met betrokken technische disciplines - Voortgang, kwaliteit en samenhang van de controls-engineering bewaken - PLC-software testen en besturingsproblemen analyseren en oplossen - Inbedrijfstelling begeleiden en uitvoeren op nationale en internationale klantlocaties Wat vragen we van jou? - Hbo-opleiding Elektrotechniek, Industriële Automatisering of Mechatronica - Drie tot vijf jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie binnen de machinebouw - Ervaring met Siemens S7/TIA Portal, Allen-Bradley RSLogix of CODESYS - Ervaring met WinCC of zenon is een pré - Je communiceert helder, werkt zelfstandig en neemt initiatief bij technische vraagstukken - Je bent analytisch, stressbestendig en bereid langere periodes in binnen- en buitenland te werken Wat bieden wij jou? - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3..
