Functieomschrijving Ben jij een expediteur die klaar is met standaard zendingen en juist wil werken aan écht werk, denk aan zwaar transport, projectladingen en exceptioneel vervoer? Voor een internationale speler binnen de projectlogistiek zoeken wij een Medior Project Expediteur die energie krijgt van complexe trajecten en maatwerktransporten. In deze rol draait het niet om pallets en standaard containers, maar om heavy lift, breakbulk en afwijkende ladingen binnen sectoren zoals energie, industrie en infrastructuur. Jij bent van A tot Z betrokken bij projecten waar geen standaard oplossing voor bestaat en dat is precies wat het interessant maakt. Je zit niet alleen achter je bureau. Je staat net zo goed in de loods om ladingen te beoordelen, of op locatie om te zien hoe een transport daadwerkelijk uitgevoerd wordt. Jij overziet het geheel, denkt vooruit en zorgt dat alles klopt voordat het überhaupt gaat bewegen. Je werkt aan wereldwijde projecten waarbij elk transport maatwerk is. Juist dat maakt deze rol uitdagend en interessant: - Organiseren en coördineren van internationale transporten (FCL / LCL / breakbulk); - Organiseren van project logistics of zware/afwijkende ladingen; - Schakelen tussen zeevracht, wegtransport en eventue...
