Full-time · Amsterdam Als Project Finance Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de financiële prestaties van enkele van de grootste en meest complexe infrastructuurprojecten van Nederland en Europa. Van snelwegen en publieke gebouwen tot duurzame energieprojecten: jij zorgt ervoor dat deze langlopende investeringen financieel gezond blijven en toekomstbestendig zijn. Je werkt samen met investeerders, banken, aandeelhouders en multidisciplinaire projectteams. Je analyseert complexe financiële vraagstukken, vertaalt inzichten naar strategische keuzes en draagt direct bij aan infrastructuur waar miljoenen mensen dagelijks gebruik van maken. Zo maak jij impact. Niet alleen op projecten, maar ook op de maatschappij. Over de functie Bij Rivoir beheren we infrastructuurprojecten gedurende hun volledige levenscyclus. Dat betekent dat ons werk niet stopt zodra een project is gebouwd. Integendeel. Gedurende concessieperiodes van tientallen jaren zorgen wij ervoor dat projecten financieel gezond blijven presteren en waarde blijven creëren. Als Project Finance Manager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor één of meerdere concessieprojecten die zijn ondergebracht in een Special Purpose Company (SPC). Je bent de financiële sparringpartner van Investment Managers, Business Managers, Asset Managers én externe stakeholders zoals aandeelhouders, banken, accountants en adviseurs.
