En COTTÉS, somos líderes en el sector de la protección contra incendios. Buscamos un Project Manager de Service y Mantenimiento en Barcelona para incorporarse a nuestro departamento de postventa en el ámbito industrial.

Tu misión será asegurar la excelencia en el servicio, la eficiencia operativa y el crecimiento de nuestra cartera de clientes.

Responsabilidades:

Como Project Manager de Service y Mantenimiento, serás el responsable de la gestión integral de la cartera de contratos y servicios que tengas asignada. Tus responsabilidades incluirán:

  • Gestión de Contratos: Supervisar y administrar los contratos de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, asegurando su rentabilidad y el cumplimiento de los acuerdos con el cliente.
  • Coordinación de Equipos: Liderar y coordinar a los equipos de técnicos de mantenimiento, asignando las tareas de forma eficiente, gestionando los calendarios de servicio y resolviendo incidencias.
  • Relación con el Cliente: Actuar como el principal punto de contacto para los clientes, entendiendo sus necesidades, resolviendo sus consultas y asegurando su satisfacción a largo plazo.
  • Planificación y Optimización: Desarrollar y optimizar los planes de servicio y mantenimiento para maximizar la vida útil de las instalaciones de protección contra incendios y minimizar los tiempos de inactividad.
  • Control de Calidad: Supervisar la calidad de los servicios prestados, asegurando que se cumplan las normativas (RIPCI, NFPA, etc.) y los estándares de la empresa.
