Ben jij een ervaren Project Manager of Projectleider met een sterke technische achtergrond?

Voor verschillende toonaangevende klantenzoeken we ervaren project professionals.

Je neemt de leiding over technische engineering- en investeringsprojecten: van equipment, procesinstallaties en utilities tot uitbreidingen en technische modificaties. Je bent betrokken vanaf de sales- of conceptfase en zorgt samen met de klant en het projectteam voor een succesvolle realisatie, tot en met commissioning en oplevering.

Je bent de verbindende factor tussen klant, engineering, leveranciers en interne teams en bewaakt daarbij scope, planning, budget, risico's en kwaliteit.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je neemt ownership over projecten van concept/salesfase tot oplevering en commissioning.
  • Je stemt scope, verwachtingen en aanpak af met de klant en interne stakeholders.
  • Je organiseert en coördineert het multidisciplinaire projectteam en stuurt engineers en externe partners aan.
  • Je bewaakt planning, milestones, budget en cost-to-come en rapporteert hierover aan management en steering committees.
  • Je identificeert projectrisico's en werkt mee aan mitigatieplannen.
  • Je organiseert project reviews, acceptance tests en andere belangrijke projectmomenten met de klant.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en voortgang van projectdocumentatie.
  • Je ondersteunt de overgang naar commissioning en start-up.
  • Je zoekt continu naar manieren om projectmanagement en samenwerking verder te verbeteren.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Bachelor- of Masterdiploma in Elektromechanica, Mechanica, Chemie, Bio-ingenieurswetenschappen of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minimaal enkele jaren ervaring als Project Manager binnen een technische of industriële omgeving.
  • Ervaring binnen pharma, food, chemie of procesindustrie.
  • Je kunt technische teams sturen, motiveren en verbinden, ook zonder formele hiërarchische verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je bouwt vertrouwen op bij klanten en bent een sterke gesprekspartner op verschillende niveaus.
  • Je bent analytisch, pragmatisch en sterk in planning, communicatie en stakeholdermanagement.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office; kennis van verschillende projectplanningstools is een plus.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels. Frans is een plus, maar geen must.
  • Bereidheid tot beperkt internationaal reizen is een plus, afhankelijk van het project.
