Die Digitalisierung des Rechnungswesens und die zunehmenden regulatorischen Anforderungen an elektronische Rechnungslegung verändern Unternehmen nachhaltig. Aus diesem Grund verstärken wir unser Team an unseren Standorten in Spittal an der Drau, Graz oder Wien.

Was für uns zählt

* Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von IT-Projekten

* Verständnis von Buchhaltungs- und ERP-Prozessen

* Erfahrung im Umfeld von E-Invoicing und digitalen Geschäftsprozessen von Vorteil

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationskompetenz

* Analytisches bzw. lösungsorientiertes Denken und Prozessverständnis

* Gehobene Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Ihr Beitrag bei uns

In dieser leitenden Funktion verantworten Sie die Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung internationaler IT-Projekte im Umfeld unserer eigenentwickelten Buchhaltungssoftware und elektronischen Rechnungsstellung. Gemeinsam mit dem Fachbereich, dem Softwareentwicklungsteam und externen IT-Partnern treiben Sie die Weiterentwicklung digitaler Finanzprozesse voran und stellen die systemtechnische Umsetzung regulatorischer Anforderungen sicher.

* Leitung und Koordination internationaler IT-Projekte im Bereich Buchhaltung und elektronische Rechnungsstellung einschließlich der Nutzung von KI

* Analyse fachlicher Anforderungen und Übersetzung in technische Lösungskonzepte

* Steuerung interner und externer Projektbeteiligter

* Einführung neuer Funktionen und Systeme in unterschiedlichen Ländern und Organisationseinheiten

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung (landesspezifischer) regulatorischer Anforderungen im Bereich Rechnungswesen und E-Invoicing

* Koordination von Tests und Rollouts

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Finance-, Accounting- und IT-Bereichen
