Je weet hoe belangrijk vertrouwen is en hoe snel een gesprek kan gaan over risico's, groei en continuïteit. In deze rol krijg je de ruimte om echt aan tafel te zitten bij MKB-klanten in jouw regio. Je bepaalt grotendeels zelf hoe je jouw portefeuille runt en waar je de meeste waarde toevoegt. Dit is een volgende stap voor professionals die hun kennis willen inzetten met zichtbare impact, zonder steeds opnieuw het wiel te hoeven uitvinden. De rol in het kort Als Adviseur Zakelijk Buitendienst ben jij het vaste aanspreekpunt voor ondernemers in het MKB. Je beheert een bestaande klantenportefeuille en breidt deze gericht uit. Je adviseert over zakelijke schade- en inkomensverzekeringen en vertaalt risico's naar heldere oplossingen. Je werkt samen met collega's van de binnendienst en neemt zelf de regie in klantrelaties. Wat je gaat doen - Adviseren van zakelijke klanten over schade- en inkomensverzekeringen, afgestemd op hun bedrijfsrisico's. - Beheren en uitbreiden van een eigen portefeuille met MKB-klanten in de regio. - Uitvoeren van risicoanalyses en deze vertalen naar concrete verzekeringsoplossingen. - Signaleren van ontwikkelingen bij klanten en deze bespreken in adviesgesprekken. - Vastleggen van adviezen en afspraken volgens wet- en regelgeving.
