In deze rol als Project Manager SAP neem jij het voortouw bij het uitrollen van vernieuwende IT-oplossingen, met als absolute prioriteit een gloednieuw ERP-systeem.

  • Opstellen en bewaken van een waterdicht projectplan, waarbij je scope, budget en afhankelijkheden strak in handen houdt voor een tijdige oplevering.
  • Aansturen van een divers en internationaal team, zodat zowel interne collega's als externe implementatiepartners naadloos samenwerken.
  • Proactief in kaart brengen en aanpakken van risico's en integratievraagstukken, waardoor technische blokkades snel en efficiënt worden opgelost.
  • Verzorgen van heldere, gestructureerde rapportages naar het management en andere stakeholders om iedereen perfect aangesloten te houden.
  • Begeleiden van de business doorheen deze transformatie via doeltreffend change management, met als sluitstuk een loepzuivere documentatie en overdracht.

Profiel

Een succesvolle Project Manager SAP verbindt moeiteloos mensen, techniek en bedrijfsprocessen met elkaar.

  • Ervaring met complexe software-implementaties (end-to-end) en een stevige achtergrond in het sturen van grote IT-trajecten over meerdere jaren.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een bruggenbouwer met sterke analytische vaardigheden, iemand die zware materie feilloos vertaalt naar bruikbare inzichten.
  • Aantoonbare affiniteit met ERP-systemen en een goede dosis kennis van methodieken zoals Prince2, PMBok of Agile.
  • Het vermogen om vlot te schakelen op directieniveau, waarbij je zowel in het Nederlands als Engels overtuigend en helder communiceert.
