De organisatie werkt aan grote nieuwbouw- en renovatieprojecten in diverse sectoren en staat bekend om haar mensgerichte cultuur, operationele uitmuntendheid en focus op welzijn, samenwerking en vakmanschap.

Jobomschrijving

  • Leiden en coördineren van één of meerdere werven met focus op veiligheid, kwaliteit, milieu, planning en kosten
  • Opmaken van het Kwaliteit-Milieuplan (PKM) in samenwerking met de Milieuadviseur en de Kwaliteitsmanager
  • Voorbereiden van het VGM-plan (Veiligheid, Gezondheid en Milieu) samen met de Preventieadviseur
  • Opvolgen van de volledige werfuitvoering en bewaken van termijnen, budgetten en kwaliteitsnormen
  • Uitvoeren van inspecties op vlak van Veiligheid, Gezondheid en Milieu (min. 2 keer per jaar)
  • Zorgen voor tijdige opmaak van de nodige documenten en rapporteren aan de Directie over de voortgang
  • Onderhouden en coördineren van contacten met klanten, leveranciers, onderaannemers en publieke instanties
  • Rapporteren aan een Projectdirecteur of aan de Technisch Directeur
  • Burgerlijk ingenieur of industrieel ingenieur bouwkunde
  • Minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen de bouwsector, bij voorkeur in werf- of projectleiding
  • Strategische denker met sterke businessfocus
  • Communicatief sterk en in staat relaties op hoog niveau op te bouwen en te onderhouden
  • Onderhandelingsvaardig, overtuigend en resultaatgericht
  • Ervaring in het aansturen van teams en coördineren van diverse stakeholders
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands; kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt
