Robert Half is op zoek naar een Project Coördinator (m/v/x) voor een organisatie regio Brugge.

Ben jij organisatorisch sterk, hou je ervan om verschillende partijen met elkaar te verbinden en neem je graag verantwoordelijkheid over je eigen projecten? Voor onze klant, een stabiele en sterk groeiende organisatie met een internationale klantenportefeuille, zijn we op zoek naar een Project Coördinator.

Je komt terecht in een organisatie van ongeveer 250 medewerkers, waar ondernemerschap en initiatief sterk worden aangemoedigd. Je krijgt de ruimte om je eigen functie in handen te nemen, mee te denken over processen en actief samen te werken met verschillende afdelingen. Dankzij de korte communicatielijnen en collegiale sfeer is er veel ruimte voor overleg en eigen inbreng. De organisatie kent bovendien een hoge retentie, wat veel zegt over de werkomgeving. 🤝

Takenpakket

Als Project Coördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige interne opvolging van jouw toegewezen projecten. Je vormt hierbij de schakel tussen de klant en verschillende interne afdelingen:

  • Je verwerkt getekende offertes en vertaalt deze naar een duidelijke interne projectstructuur.
  • Je stelt de nodige bill of materials op voor de aankoop van materialen.
  • Je stemt dagelijks af met engineering, aankoop en productie en zorgt ervoor dat de juiste prioriteiten worden gesteld.
  • Je volgt de voortgang van projecten nauwgezet op en detecteert tijdig mogelijke vertragingen of knelpunten.
  • Je staat in nauw contact met de productie en communiceert wijzigingen, problemen en vertragingen intern.
  • Je informeert klanten over de status van hun projecten, levertermijnen en eventuele wijzigingen.
  • Je bent regelmatig aanwezig op de werkvloer om voeling te houden met de operationele realiteit en snel te kunnen schakelen.
  • Je denkt actief mee over bestaande processen en zoekt naar mogelijkheden om de planning en samenwerking efficiënter te organiseren. 💡

Profiel

Voor deze functie zijn we op zoek naar iemand die:

  • Beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in een richting waarin organisatie, techniek, logistiek of bedrijfsprocessen centraal staan.
  • Zowel een sterke schoolverlater als een kandidaat met relevante ervaring kan zijn.
  • Vlot complexe informatie kan verwerken en verschillende zaken tegelijkertijd kan opvolgen.
  • Zeer goede kennis heeft van het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Een goede kennis heeft van MS Office, waarbij een sterke kennis van Excel belangrijk is.
  • Ervaring met SAP heeft? Dat is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
  • Pragmatisch en praktisch ingesteld is en niet terugdeinst voor een probleem dat opgelost moet worden.
  • Hands-on is en graag initiatief neemt.
  • Communicatief sterk is en gemakkelijk schakelt tussen verschillende afdelingen en klanten.
  • Graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en zijn/haar eigen projecten zelfstandig beheert. 🚀
