Neem contact op of Direct reageren De functie Als Project Recruiter werk je samen in een dynamisch en groeiend team met de manager recruitment en trainee(s). Binnen Recruiting.nl is RecruitRemote één van onze diensten. Hiervoor doe je intakes met klanten, beoordeel je sollicitanten en source je kandidaten. Na een telefonische screening begeleid je de kandidaat door het proces van de klant, die zelf de sollicitatiegesprekken en onderhandeling doet. Op een project kun je weer volledig verantwoordelijk zijn voor het recruitmentproces van a tot z. Je bent een stevige gesprekspartner die makkelijk schakelt met hiring managers en stakeholders zodat verwachtingen altijd helder zijn. Je bouwt relaties op met kandidaten en klanten waarbij kwaliteit en persoonlijke aandacht voorop staan. Je bent een belangrijke schakel in het realiseren van recruitmentoplossingen en draagt actief bij aan het succes van onze projecten én onze klanten. Je bent onderdeel van onze Recruitment Hub en ondersteunt waar nodig ook andere recruitmentteams (bv. corporate recruitment of team Overheid) binnen Compagnon.
