Project secretaresse in Eindhoven - EINDHOVEN - 36 uur per week - MBO 3/4 - €17 - €22 per uur - Administratief / Secretarieel We zoeken een enthousiaste secretaresse voor één van de vetste projecten van Eindhoven Wat je gaat doen Je bent de spin in het web van een groot en divers projectteam. Je organiseert vergaderingen, beheert de projectmailbox en zorgt dat actiepunten worden opgevolgd. Je verzorgt correspondentie in de juiste huisstijl, beheert het projectarchief en signaleert waar processen beter en efficiënter kunnen. Kortom: jij zorgt dat het team zich kan focussen op inhoud, omdat de organisatie op orde is. Wat jij krijgt - Een bruto uurloon tussen €17,- en €22,-, afhankelijk van je ervaring; - Een opdracht voor 36 uur per week, met uitzicht op verlenging; - Werken op een van de meest toonaangevende projectlocaties van Nederland; - Een informeel team waar lijnen kort zijn en jouw bijdrage echt telt; - Begeleiding en ondersteuning vanuit JAM. Wat wij verwachten - Minimaal 1 jaar relevante werkervaring als Secretaresse of Management Assistente; - Ervaring met Outlook, Teams en andere microsoft programma's; - Een afgeronde mbo opleiding; - Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk; - Je bent een goede planner, organisatorisch sterk en een fijne en stevige gesprekspartner.
