Ben jij communicatief sterk, krijg je energie van organiseren en wil jij graag een veelzijdige functie waar je écht impact kan maken? In deze tijdelijke rol (ongeveer drie maanden) ondersteun je een professioneel team en help je mee om achterstanden weg te werken. Uitzendbureau Manpower is op zoek naar een tijdelijke Project Support Officer voor een werkgever in Utrecht.

Als projectondersteuner ben jij de spin in het web van het team. Dit omvat onder andere:

- Beheren en archiveren van e-mails en documentatie

- Ondersteunen bij projecten en dagelijkse werkzaamheden

- Structuur aanbrengen in processen en systemen

- Communicatie met interne stakeholders

- Brede ondersteuning op administratief en organisatorisch vlak

Dit krijg je

- Brutosalaris tussen € 15,00 en € 20,00 per uur

- Reiskostenvergoeding volgens regeling werkgever

- Minimaal 32 tot maximaal 40 uur per week

- Afwisselende rol met veel verantwoordelijkheid

- Mogelijkheid tot hybride werken

- Pensioenopbouw via Manpower

- Informele en internationale werkomgeving

- Aansluiten bij leuke activiteiten zoals een donderdagmiddagborrel en het kerstfeest

- Tijdelijke opdracht van 3 maanden

- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal

- Ervaring als projectondersteuner, management assistent, team assistant, administratief medewerker backoffice of vergelijkbaar

- Affiniteit met vastgoed is een grote pré (bijvoorbeeld ervaring bij een woningcorporatie of vastgoedbeheer)

- Beschikbaar voor 3 maanden, zonder intentie tot vast contract

- Je bent sociaal, professioneel, werkt nauwkeurig en voelt je prettig in een kleiner team
