Met ons innovatieve modulaire scholenbouwsysteem 'Het Schoolvoorbeeld' werken wij aan kwalitatief hoogwaardige, duurzame en flexibele schoolgebouwen. Vanuit een regeneratief ecosysteem met langlopende partnerschappen ontwikkelen we een bouwsysteem waarin ontwerp, techniek en maakbaarheid vanaf het begin samenkomen. Het concept werkt als een systeem van grotendeels terugkerende en uitwisselbare elementen waarmee we unieke scholen kunnen ontwerpen die aansluiten op uiteenlopende onderwijsvisies, terwijl ze tegelijkertijd hoogwaardig, duurzaam, circulair en toekomstbestendig blijven. Door de groei van het aantal onderwijsprojecten zijn we op zoek naar een nieuwe collega met kennis van scholenbouw. Heb jij brede ervaring als architect en geloof je in een analytische, innovatieve aanpak en duurzame oplossingen? Wij zoeken een architect die met zowel een esthetisch als technisch oog richting geeft aan inspirerende projecten. Iemand die met enthousiasme een team aanstuurt en met gevoel voor ruimtelijkheid, belevingswaarde, ambacht, materiaal en detail een project van eerste schets tot oplevering begeleidt. Als projectarchitect werk je binnen RU+PA met verschillende teams aan gevarieerde projecten. Intern geef je sturing aan het ontwerp en de projectteams. In externe samenwerkingen vervul je een zelfstandige en verantwoordelijke rol waarin je de visie van de projecten en het bureau uitdraagt. Wij zoeken een senior architect met: - Minimaal 10 jaar relevante werkervaring - Goede ontwerp- en presentatievaardigheden - Software skills (Revit, SketchUp, Adobe) - Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift - Ervaring als projectarchitect bij schoolprojecten - Ervaring met het aansturen van projectteams - Ervaring met het onderhouden van contact met opdrachtgevers, g...
