Wij zijn QWA, een eigenzinnig bureau dat architectuur en infrastructuur combineert in een samenhangend portfolio. We zoeken altijd samen met de uitvoerende partijen naar de grens van eenvoud en zeggingskracht in ons streven om tot afleesbaar en overzichtelijk ontwerp te komen. Met een kritische houding pellen we de opgave af, totdat de essentie overblijft. Dat is waar het ontwerp over moet gaan, vinden we. Mensen zijn soms verbaasd dat we met ons compacte team zulke grootschalige projecten kunnen neerzetten. Als projectarchitect bij QWA zorg jij voor de architectonische kwaliteit en de voortgang van onze utilitaire projecten, of het nou gaat om vernieuwing en verduurzaming van bestaande gebouwen of om nieuwbouw voor publieke opdrachtgevers. Onze portefeuille loopt van het Museonder en het Kröller-Müller Museum tot de Maeslantkering en het hoofdkantoor van Europol. Het zijn vaak iconische werken waar wij nog lang mee verbonden blijven. Wie hopen we te vinden? We zoeken een door de wol geverfde projectarchitect met meer dan 10 jaar ervaring in ontwerp en projectleiding. Je bent nauwkeurig: je overziet het grote geheel en van daaruit schakel je moeiteloos over naar de kleinste details en andersom.
